The fuse is make up of fuse pipe. porcelain sheath,fastening flange,support insulator,terminal cap etc. separately fix up the terminal cap and fuse pipe in the porcelain sheath by the press way,then use the fastening flange to fix up the porceiain sheath on the support insulator.Refer to the chart for its structre and external dimension. The fuse pipe adopts the material with high content of oxide silicon as the arc extinguishing media, and uses small-diameter metal line as fuse wire. wen the overload current or the short-circuit current passes the fuse pipe,the fuse wire lmmediately is broken,the electric arc occurs in a few parallel-connection gaps,the metal steam in the electric arc infiltrates into the quartz sand, and it is libertated strongly,then quickly puts out the electric arc. Thus,this fuse has good performance and big breaking capacity.

installation and use

1.It is available to horizontal or vertical installation

2.Don't connect the fuse when the data of fuse aren't accordant with the use viltage and rated current in the circuit.

3.The users may take apart the terminal cap by themselves and replace the fuse with the same specification and performance,whenr the fuse pipe is broken.
